Dr. Friedman is a world renowned leader in the treatment of acoustic neuromas. He began his career as a fellow at House Clinic and later joined the group as an Associate where he had a busy practice for 15 years. He now serves as Division Director of Otology, Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery in the USC Caruso Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Keck Medicine of USC. Additional areas of expertise include, cochlear implants, glomus tumors, otosclerosis, meningiomas, chronic ear disorders and chronic otitis media. He is an NIH funded scientist and his laboratory studies the genetics of common forms of hearing loss. Dr. Friedman belongs to a majority of the societies in his area of specialization, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Otological Society, the Acoustic Neuroma Association, the American Neurotology Society, the North American Skull Base Society, the Triological Society and the NIH/National Institute of Deafness and other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) where he serves as an Ad Hoc Reviewer.

He has edited a text book on ENT Diseases in a Tropical Environment & two operative manuals - one on Temporal Bone Surgery and the other on Skull Base Surgery. Debashis Acharya is passionate about Otorhinolaryngology (E.N.T.), being more than 29 years in the field including his training period from the prestigious Army Hospital (Research & Referral) affiliated to the University of Delhi, India. An ex- Indian Army Medical Corps officer (Lieutenant Colonel) served as E.N.T. Specialist in the Armed Forces for approx. 12 years until 2008 when he left the services. He has worked as Medical Superintendent at a private Medical College Hospital in Western India after that for almost one year. He also holds a Masters degree in Hospital Administration from the International Symbiosis University, Pune, India. Subsequently held the appointment of H.O.D. & Associate Professor at Ahmedabad, India. for approx. two years before moving to Qatar in 2011. Presently working as Consultant E.N.T. in P.H.C.C. (Primary Health Care Corporation) ,Govt. of Qatar since 2014. His academic articles have been published in various foreign E.N.T. journals and he is also Honorary Editor of many such publications. He has been an Organizing Committee member & Chairman of various international E.N.T. conferences across the Gulf region, India, U.K., Singapore, France & Italy to mention a few. He is an avid COVID worker & has been honored by the Govt. Of Qatar & Anbar Medical University, Iraq. His research article on COVID has been published by a highly indexed journal, appreciated internationally, received multiple citations & has been sent with a recommendation to WHO for further academic research on COVID.

Viktorija Radotić is an ambitious neuroscientist who works in the hearing research field. During her research work at the School of Medicine and Faculty of Science in Split, Croatia, she has participated in many research projects such as „Young researchers and postdoctoral fellowships“ and „Strengthening the University of Split's capacity for research, development and innovation” in the field of medical neuroelectronics“. She also cooperated with the company IRI CENTAR d.o.o., whose mission is research, development and innovation, where she gained experience in project management, and she was also an assistant on the STIM-REI project. She has written three scholarly articles published in international peer-reviewed journals at which she is the first author. She actively uses several foreign languages such as Croatian, English, German and Spanish and many computer programs for data acquisition and analysis, so she also has high computer literacy.

J. Madison Clark, MD, FACS, is the Professor and Chief of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC, USA. While he worked in Kyoto University Hospital as an assistant professor, I went abroad London Tissue Repair and Engineering Center and got PhD in the study of Regeneration of Larynx at Kyoto University. At present, he took up Chief Director of the Hearing Disturbance and Tympanic Membrane Regeneration Center in Kitano Hospital, Clinical professor in Kyoto University and concurrently serve as Researcher in Translational Research Center for Medical Innovation, Foundation for Biomedical Research and Innovation, Kobe, Japan My field of subspecialty is Middle Ear, Inner Ear, and Skull base surgery and Regenerative Medicine in the field of head and neck. Regenerative treatment of tympanic membrane has been covered by national health insurance in Japan from 2019. I’m going to spread this treatment all over the world, especially, in developing countries.
